the rules

Submitting your workouts

All workouts will be released on Sunday each week at 8pm (GMT).

All scores must be submitted with a video link by Saturday at 8pm (GMT) the following week for your score to be counted.

Movement standards

Movement standards will be released alongside the workout release each week. Participants should read the standards carefully prior to completing the workout. Reps that do not adhere to the movement standard will be penalised. Penalties will be specific to the workout and details of which will be published alongside the workout release.

Safety first

By signing up to our Squad Fitness Games Series you are confirming that you are fit and healthy enough to participate. SFG has been designed to allow you to push yourself to your own limits. We recommend that workouts are performed safely and under supervision/coaching.

Specific rules for each workout will be confirmed when the workout details are released. Do not worry, SFG likes to keep it as simple as possible!
