Welcome to Squad Fitness Games, where fitness meets variety and competition. Our mission is designed to challenge and motivate you to engage in our friendly online competition. The workouts take place once a week so it can be incorporated into any existing training programme. It guarantees to add a bit more punch to your routine!
Our challenges cater to different fitness levels and divisions/categories, ensuring
everyone has a fair chance to compete. The categories are split as follows:
This category is designed for athletes who are at a scaled or intermediate level of fitness.
For some of the workouts the weights will be lighter, the distances slightly shorter and the movements not as technical but still challenging.
This category is designed for athletes who are at a higher level of fitness and can perform more technical movements such as double unders, chest to bar, wall walks etc.
For some of the workouts the weights will be heavier, the distances slightly longer and the movements will not be scaled.

To participate in Squad Fitness Games, you'll need to sign up on our website through Competition Corner. During registration, you'll provide your details and complete a health waiver confirming your fitness to participate.
Once you have signed up, you'll receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information, including links to our social media channels and a detailed guide on what to expect.

Each week, you'll have a new workout to complete. We like to keep it simple when submitting your scores. All you need to do is record yourself performing the workout, post your score and video link via Competition Corner and the rest is up to us.
Our system automatically updates the leaderboard with your results so you can begin to compete against the SQUAD.
Remember: Big fitness prizes from our sponsors are on offer every week of the competition. All you have to do is complete the workout that week and you'll be entered into the prize draw!

Squad Fitness Games is open to all. From those fighting for the top spot to those just beginning on their fitness journey. From those who compete for fun to those who want to add a bit more flare to their training programmes. If you are unsure about any medical conditions or injuries then we recommend you seek medical advice before participating.
To maintain the element of surprise we do not release the workout details day it goes live. Check out the Challenges page for some hints on what might be in store. Workouts will be released on the Sunday at 8pm (GMT) on Competition Corner and on our social media platforms. Do not worry, we'll make sure you're kept in the loop.

The series will run over 12 weeks and it is likely that some people won't be able to complete all of the workouts. This is totally fine! Just pick up where you left off and complete the next workout. To keep it fair: no late entries will be counted.
All of our series are 12 weeks in duration. This is a unique challenge that no other online fitness competition offers! Think of it like the Premier League or an NFL season. The challenges are aimed to test all parts of the fitness spectrum.
Workout details are released on Sunday at 8pm (GMT) and your scores will need to be submitted by Saturday the following week no later than 8pm (GMT).
The weekly random prize draw is for those who have completed the workout that week and it will take place on Sunday each week at 8pm (GMT) on social media (tune in live) when the workout for the following week will be released. Prizes could include a sparkly new set of training shoes, vouchers to a fitness clothing store, a bundle of supplements or a brand new Olympic bar. All of our prizes are hand selected from our fantastic sponsors.
Registration for each series closes at 7:59pm on the day the competition is due to start. Places are capped at 1000 participants so don't delay in joining the SQUAD.
Workouts will require basic equipment that can be found in the majority of gyms. This includes dumbbells, pull up bar/rig, a box, skipping ropes, barbells and plates, kettlebells, ERGs (ski, row and bike) and wall balls.
Absolutely. If you're not happy with your score, think you can do better or just fancy another crack at it then by all means submit a new score before the deadline.
Movement standards will be released alongside the workout release each week. Participants should read the standards carefully prior to completing the workout. Reps that do not adhere to the movement standard will be penalised. Penalties will be specific to the workout and details of which will be published alongside the workout release.
